Did a truthful review and they tried to ridicule my complaint , saying they don't deal in hard top issues they only do ECU on engine, they couldn't diagnosis a rear window fault on a 2017 hard top 4 series BMW, had the car for days with no communication, they had no idea how to fix this but where not honest, removed the internal trim to look at fault then returned the car without screwing the panels back to interior, just left the screws loose on the back seat, scratches to leather seats and paintworks of my BMW, this company is a dishonest company and a unskilled , and will dodge and responsibilities ect, stay away please

The guy working there called Dave is a sound bloke personally, however in terms of the service, timing and pricing was all poor. It started off with my e36 having an oil leak, then I was advised to engine swap as there was potential that there was a gasket leak and the cost of looking into that compared to engine swapping would've been similar so went for the later and he said it would be sorted by January during mid December, I then asked over a period of 6 months how much it was all going to cost and never got an answer until last minute when they emptied 2.5 bags of my bank account for something I thought was going to cost no less than a grand. I kept receiving sob stories as to why everything was taking so long eg he was having back pains, his colleague was ill and he was in hospital etc. Which still does not explain he could not at least update me or give me a time scale as to when this could be done. I had to constantly follow up with him and did not have access to my own daily for 6 months. If you are in a rush to get anything done to your car AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS. I regret not just looking into those issues myself.
