Terrible, service! Sent the car there for a factory recall for a airbag replacement. Told the staff on the desk, that I didn't want the car washed. Collected the car, which was washed! I then noticed the roof aerial had been damaged as a result of the washing of the car. On mentioning this to the staff they denied damaging the aerial and said I could have done it before. I asked to speak with the manager, who came out to look at the car and said the same thing, which was rather disappointing as he failed to accept that his staff may have done this while washing the car! Since changing the airbag I had within a few weeks airbag fault lights on the dash. Since the experience here was so bad I used Derby Mitsubishi who checked the airbag to find the connection was off! If you wish not to have your car damaged, or recieve extremely poor workmanship on safety systems, or be lied to directly to your face without consideration that your staff may have damaged the car. Then I strongly advise you got elsewhere!
