Can't fault the level of customer service from the salesman I dealt with (Luke). Absolutely zero pressure from start to finish and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. I can honestly say that this was the most hassle free purchasing of a car I've ever had in over 25 years. Absolute credit to Bristol Street Motors. 2nd car I've had from BSM, definitely will be my first stop for my next one!

I really appreciate the collection service, living as i do a couple of miles from the garage. The person collecting my car was most helpful, as were the people I spoke to on the phone. The whole experience was extremely smooth-running and stress-free. The video survey of the car up on the ramp was also very helpful and informative.

Amazing experience from the start. Adil, our salesman, was brilliant, helpful, knowledgeable and 100% professional. He kept us informed with everything via telephone and email, he was always friendly and welcoming when we went into the showroom. It was great to be his 1st new car sale. Highly recommended and we will hopefully be back when we want to exchange our car in the future.
