    Now I know the car industry is struggling but I waited 16months without one return phone call after being promised on several occasions I will get back to you literally in 5 to 10 minutes then I will definitely get back to you before weekend which were obviously just a lie to fob me off. So if you want to deal with a company that treats its customers like that so be it but you may regret it.

    Having been told by Broker4Cars that the Nissan Juke we ordered at the end of March 2022 would take 20 weeks before delivery, it eventually arrived after 50 weeks in early March 2023. This is in contrast to a new Kia Picanto that we ordered from a dealer in August that arrived at the promised time of January. It is common knowledge that car manufacturers had been beset with supply problems, and public news of delays meant that this delay came as no surprise. But the delay did prompt us to order the Kia from a dealer rather than a broker. The good bits: o We saved about 4000 on the then list price and 2000 (about 8%) on the best price from dealers. By the time of delivery the price had gone up a further 1000 since ordering. o The staff of Broker4Cars always responded to questions of delivery and were friendly and professional. o On paying the balance pre-delivery we were emailed with a full statement of what had been received within a very short space of time. Not so good things: o A week before delivery we were told that there was a discrepancy between the cost at which we had ordered and what the supplier expected: a difference of 316. The order had specified a car in gunmetal grey with black roof and wing mirrors. Apparently the supplier stated that what we were getting was "pearlescent" black paint, and this accounted for the extra cost. Did we want to take it or cancel the order. Having waited almost a year we felt under duress to take it and paid the extra cost. I still don't understand how the discrepancy between the broker and the supplier occurred as it must have been the supplier's quote in the first place. I think Broker4Cars must accept some of the blame for not identifying the discrepancy. I suspect that this is unusual.

    Although they are online, the lack of face to face contact did not deter from good a good buying experience. Every email and telephone call was followed-up almost within the hour, every time. They offered the best price for a new Kia Sportage and were always insightful in giving us realistic ETAs with respect to the industry-wide delays for deliveries. Documentation was accurate and clear. Delivery and payments were straight forward and even had follow-up emails to ensure everything was as expected. Now just awaiting the V5 from DVLA. Special thanks to the person who was always helpful, informative and simply had our best interest in mind. Excellent customer service, especially compared to the car dealers and showrooms. I will use again and will recommend without doubt.

    I happened to find Broker4Cars through an advert in one of the motoring magazines and am so relieved I did. Their professionality and communication was exemplary and the speed of response superb. It was lovely to deal with people that took a personal interest in my situation and tried to offer every option where possible. This was the first new car I have ever bought and the process could not have been simpler. I am completely delighted by all of the dealings with Broker4Cars and would not hesitate in recommending them on to my friends and family (which I have started to do already). I have left a 5 star review as Broker4Cars delivered exactly what was offered and exactly when they offered to do so. This was a perfect purchase made all the more pleasant and easy by their staff.
