My daughter's van was advertised as having full service history and paperwork it had no service history no log book no guarantee no paperwork at all not even a proper signed receipt my daughter kept been told they were on the way it posted them tomorrow everybody knows tomorrow never comes and neither did paperwork he just lies whatever you do avoid like the plague he has been reported I us to trading standards

Picked up the car with chips over the windscreen which I requested they fixed/replaced before I picked it up, which they didnt despite assuring me this would be sorted. I then had to spend my own money getting a new windscreen and it then took a month for them to finally repay me, after numerous phone calls and messages. I have received constant lies from them stating they had paid it or will get it paid the same night etc. I honestly think it would never of been paid if i didnt push for it. From day 1 I have requested my recent service document be sent over and still to this day, over 6 weeks later, its still not been sent. They have chosen to now ignore my numerous messages and phonecalls. The customer service has been terrible. Never have I had to chase a company for any thing like this before. I still havent even received the V5 document. Very unprofessional and unorganised. Which is a shame because at first I did think highly of Matt but hes turned out to really disappoint me over the weeks. I also had sweet wrappers and a dirty interior when I picked the car up. Would not recommend this garage to anyone.

I just had one question from JG Direct Cars (aka: Matt) on phone. Is the car smoke free? He said on the phone, yes. When I checked the car at the dealer. There was a cup in the car with cigarette ashes and the car was very smelly... I didn't buy anything from this man. If he is lying about this too, what else is not true?

Van was not serviced as agreed, Only had the van 3 weeks and already in another garage to be fixed. Matt stop replying to request. 3 month warranty is fake..AA accreditation? I don't believe it for a minute. Do not buy from this firm.
