Discovered this place in 2014. Will never take my Audi anywhere else. Great service. Unbelievable prices. The fact that people I know at Sytner and Audi. Rate these guys so highly. Is testament to their work.

Not impressed! The internal communication of the company needs improvement, you speak to one member of staff and the total opposite is done. Work was carried out without costing being agreed or approved, although we specifically asked for an estimate to be provided. The courtesy car was hideous, old and check engine light on . as long as it got us from a to b we werent so worried about that, however it was full of dust, a used face mask and receipts dated a month prior so had obviously not be cleaned before it was provided to us . Not great given we should all be taking extra steps to be COVID secure at the moment.

Very nice folks, clearly love their Audis and Im sure their mechanical knowledge is top-notch for engine replacements etc. However, they work the same way Audi do. Theyll probably charge you for multiple expensive parts + labour until they fix the problem if indeed they ever do. I had fault codes in my ABS system (checked using my vagcom) and an ESP warning light on the dash so took my car for a 50 diagnostic to this place to be told about the same code I knew about in the steering angle sensor in the ABS system. They said: first thing we need to do is book you in for a new steering angle sensor replacement (500 + VAT). I thought this isnt right, because Id already replaced the steering angle sensor myself and had the same fault. Turned out it just needed calibrating! It cost me 72 incl VAT at Evolution Diagnostics and Tuning Ltd to fix, where they ACTUALLY diagnosed the problem... Called them after to explain and all they had to say was OK.
