    Avoid the Service Department at all costs. My husband took our car in for a Service last Friday and we now have to make two additional follow-up trips. Firstly, they completely forgot to do a software upgrade even though they had the car from 8am to 5:30pm so we now need to bring the car back in a few weeks for them to do this. Then secondly we have a warning light on our dashboard that was not there before the service. The warning light states there is not enough oil in our car as they have not filled it up enough so we need to bring the car back so they can put more oil in. Very poor service, I would not recommend.

    Other than a long wait around for a health check on the car everyone we spoke to today were absolutely amazing. If anyone is buying a brand new car then please speak to Ryan. He was so so helpful and we didnt even buy a new one

    I wish I could rate lower. This is for Motability department with worse communication I've seen my entire working career. They can't even give just simple update on an order. Left several messages and emails but yet to receive a response. I would never recommend and nore going back there. Managers are worse than employees

    My car went into the body shop after having a car accident. At first the repair wasnt done to the standards I thought it would so it went back in and was done again with no hesitation. When getting my car back I noticed a chip on my window column, again went back in to be fixed with no hesitation. I cannot speak highly enough of Adam the manager. Nothing is too much hassle for him and he has been more than accommodating with getting my car sorted around me. I will definitely use them again if I need too.
