        My first time using this company. My original order got lost by Evri, through no fault of the cake decorating company. I contacted them after 7 days and they sent me a replacement order on next day delivery. They are absolutely fantastic, the order was very well packed. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them. They have a fantastic selection of anything you could need and more, and customer service is exceptional.

        When I lived in the UK I loved using this company. However now I live in Europe and there is no justification for the flat shipping fee of 50-55 with the only option for weight being 0-30kg and no reduction for a higher spend. unlike all the other countries they ship to. You can ship to the US from 26.99 for 1-3kg, likewise options for different weights and prices for Switzerland, Norway, the UAE and Canada. I get that Brexit caused problems with shipping and increased the costs but plenty of other suppliers have now normalised their shipping costs so its disappointing that the CDC hasnt.
