        My dad is waiting for a hip replacement and is housebound. Earlier this week I went to pay his regular 400 a month into his account for him and the jobsworth behind the counter refused to allow me to do it, going as far as accusing me in front of all the other customers of using his account to launder money. After explaining the situation he just fobbed me off and told me to bring my dad in to the branch in person, even though I told him my dad is unable to do this. You'll get an absolutely appalling, uncaring service from this branch and I urge you to take your custom elsewhere.
