Paul is always courteous and answer my enquiries patiently both on phone and met him in person. He is dedicated to his profession and well-versed with the causes of dampness. With his trustworthy diagnosis, I could eventually realize the condition of my house and know the scale of remdial works. He also suggested me approaches to tackle with dampness problems and also tips on preventive measures on building maintenance. His survey report is self-explanatory with photo record which is accurate and precise. Also, I am amazed that Paul could prepare and submit report so promptly and I am hassle-free from pending result. Julie, the coordinator, she often reply my email on the same day (sometimes within an hour). She is prudent and kindly reminded me the correct date of appointment. She is always in a helpful manner, she proactively asked for the estate agent details and contacted them directly and make appointment to carry out survey for me. In terms of responsiveness, they are marvellous and is so far my best experience with UK service provider. They will provide interim reply about progress to let me know that my concern are being attended, which give peace of mind during waiting for solutions.

What a marvellous company - spoke to the lady on the phone about the problem and the stress it was causing my mother in law, she was amazing, got me in ASAP. The guy turned up on time, he was ever so friendly, talked us through everything and the potential solutions. Would 100% recommend. The 1star review on here couldn't be further from the truth based on my experience.
