        Brilliant staff but little bit helpful and little bit friendly. Would be great if they all had happy face :)to make the customers feel welcomed.

        I've seen their trucks around and always assumed they were for trade only. However, I was after some Hippo sealant and TP came up in my search. So I ordered online, then went to collect. As with most builders' merchants, the first time you visit you haven't got a clue where to drive (it's round some back streets), where to park, or where to go (the offices obviously don't have big neon signs). But a couple of friendly employees pointed me in the right direction. Got what I wanted at a reasonable price, so all was good. Can't fault them on my experience. The online ordering system is OK, but not quite as polished as you might be used to.

        Received an order via TP a month back, and have been getting spammed daily via text and phone calls regarding other people's orders (including their personal details) ever since. Clearly a GDPR breach at the very least. Remove my number from your system!
