I would NEVER use this company ever again! They are extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. They were instructed by my builder, they carried out a site visit at the start of the build, sent so many messages and phone calls to arrange more visits. After finally having them come out again and write up a report they then said they were never instructed in the first place and we had to go to the Local Authority. So many lies were told. They put in writing one thing and over the phone something totally different which means it's hard to prove what has been said. One of the inspectors was so unreasonable he suggested that a bedroom has no window or door? How on earth is this keeping tenants safe! I work with many property investors in the East Midlands and would highly advise against this company AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars I would.

I own a Building Company and use these guys exclusively and have done for years!! Always found them to be competitive on price, helpful and professional in there manner both to us as a contractor, and to my customers. All the inspectors are approachable, punctual and will always explain any things they require doing. On the rare occasion that any issues have arisen during a project, they have always gone out their way to assist and help find a resolution that suits everybody. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a project that involves Building Control.
