I would recommend this company. They recently placed my system boiler for me and I had a few issues with an old pump and timer which were broken. They sorted this out promptly and only charged me for the parts and no call out fee. It wasn't their fault that these parts had broken as the system was fairly old. Friendly and young company who bend over backwards to help you out. I'm so glad I didn't use one of the larger companies, as I'm sure the issues I encountered wouldn't have been resolved so quickly as they were. Thanks again.

When we had a leak coming from our bathroom, Arc were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. The plumber they sent was very helpful and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Their rates were more than reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We have recently worked with ARC Plumbing and Heating who installed our plumbing/heating requirements for our new business unit in Bulwell, Nottingham. Kenny and his team did a great job!
