        I bought a dress online via Facebook from Amanda at Opulence bridal. The dress arrived damaged even though I was told it was immaculate so I messaged her and asked to return it for a refund. Instead of being professional and apologetic, I got hurled with abuse and accused of damaging the dress myself and then shes blocked me of all contact. I will be taking this matter further. My wedding is in less than 4 weeks and I am without a dress. Shame on you Amanda.
