WED2B Nottingham

A store colleague packed away my underskirt in a size small when I had tried on and requested to buy a size medium. In the excitement of buying my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses, I didnt notice at the time the colleague had actually scanned through a small. By the time I noticed, I contacted Wed2b who said there wasnt anything they could do as it was past the 14 days. So Im out of pocket 89.99 and Ill be out of pocket a further 89.99 since I need an under skirt with my dress. The store assistant didnt even attempt to offer me a resolution. Apparently they cant sell it to another bride and claim its new - even though its still in the packaging, unopened with tags on. Such a shame as I love my dress from there.

Unfortunately not a great experience for our first time bride as we had an "new" inexperienced host, very flat consultation, no enthusiasm to upsell/jack up (accessorize) compared to other brides to be there! We did leave without saying yes to the dress because of this. However, we did go back later, purchased the dress and took it to another bridal shop "It must be love" for jacking up and alterations, we also bought accessories from them to complete the look!

Today I went to wed2b in Nottingham, I felt quite nervous as well as excited as it was my first time trying on bridal dresses. All of the staff were fantastic and made me feel relaxed. A massive thank you to Lucy who is a credit to the company she was very knowledgeable in the products she was selling and went above and beyond. I left Wed2b as a very happy bride as I said yes to the dress and also ordered my bridesmaid dresses.

Had a great experience on Sunday at Wed2b Nottingham, we were helped by the lovely Evie. They have a good selection of dresses, all very pretty and all reasonably priced. I wasnt sure what I wanted so picked a few different ones to try, not thinking I was going to like any of them that much. I ended up falling in love with the first one I put on! I tried a couple of others but they didnt compare. Its not like anything I ever pictured myself wearing but I love it so much and cant wait to wear it on my wedding day in July! Thank you so much Wed2b!!

Really recommend wed2b, all the staff were lovely, especially Evie, I was very nervous and didnt know what style I wanted exactly, she took her time and helped me chose what would look best, she was very patient especially when I couldnt decide between two dresses, she gave very helpful advice and helped me chose my dream dress! I couldnt thank you guys enough, it was an amazing experience from start to finish and I really enjoyed my time at wed2b
