        I would like to thank Castle Rock and Alexa for their excellent customer service. I got married at The Embankment (if you are looking at wedding venue's check it, best venue for everything) in October and my family enjoyed Preservation which they put on our our private bar so I ordered 2, 5l for my family for Christmas. Not known to them, I had since ordering broken my hand which made drive thru collection almost impossible. Without further they agreed to local delivery out which was out of time and at very short notice. I would like to thank Castle Rock for being very accommodating and in a very Christmas spirit.

        I went in with a few colleagues on a scavenger hunt about 2:30pm on Friday. The staff on duty were lovely, really went the extra mile to help us out and gave excellent customer service. Ill be back in the future for a proper drink
