    AVOID. DO NOT IGNORE THIS REVIEW. They charged for 124 for a "full diagnostic". I left my car there for 3 days and was then told they couldn't identify the fault at all. Techs have no knowledge. I was told they're waiting on techical support from Mercedes for weeks, and when asked for an update was told to go elsewhere (evidence available). GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They tell you one thing and then their tune changes when they can't do as promised/agreed. I'm raising a court case against them to resolve - please avoid this headache and use another garage! Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical repair

    In all my years of considerable experience of the Motor Industry, MB Nottingham are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I took my classic Mercedes SL in for a simple diagnostic check for two dash lights. I did not get a satisfactory report as to the fault and was charged for, unasked for, and unauthorised work to the airconditioning, along with an unrequested full vehicle inspection. No explanation on collection about the diagnostics or work done and there was damage to the roof which had been messed about with for some unknown reason. Despite many many emails and calls, Martin still refuses to discuss the work with me, again for an unknown reason, despite at least 6 promises to do so. I was charged 3 times over the quoted price for the diagnostic, for unauthorised and unrequested work and I cannot get an explanation why. I have had no alternative than to report them to Trading Standards. Please be aware. ** UPDATE** Despite the reply on Google from MB Nottingham, saying they will look into this matter and get back to me, 3 weeks have passed, and still there has been no effort made by them to contact me whatsoever!! Make up your own mind, and be aware!

    I took my CLS500 in for a routine transmission fluid change. All items serviced in a timely manor and now the car is silky smooth to drive again as you would expect in a car like this. I'd definitely recommend. Free coffee is a nice touch as well :)
