Brake Caliper Specialists Limited

Found BCS through Google and I originally thought about refurbing my Calipers with them but didn't pursue at the time due to other priorities but I've recently sent them off for the high end caliper spray. Calipers in question were 25-30 year old R33 Calipers (A common upgrade on all the import Nissan's) which had been drifted with in Japan given the damage when I'd imported them. Looking at them now though you absolutely wouldn't think so. The finish BCS have done is phenomenal especially with the uncommon colour of Millennium Jade. Unbelievably happy with the work and dealing with the team was quick, simple and straight forward. Look at all the recent reviews, they are all highly praising of the work and rightfully so. Will no doubt contact them again for when I inevitably upgrade to 350Z Calipers. 10/10 Absolute Pleasure Service: Brakes

I used these guys for a damaged bleed nipple valve and seating on a very expensive AMG 6 pot calliper and they were excellent from start to finish - good communication and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. I recommend them highly. Chris Clarke. Service: Brakes

Submitted my enquiry using their online form. I received a text stating Id receive a quote within 2 hours. That was 6 days ago. Still nothing from them. So I sent my caliper to Bigg Red instead.

I contacted BCS for a quote and decided not to send my calipers as I found a brand new genuine set cheaper. I then received the following email from them with the subject title: "Martin. I had a dream about you last night, this is what happened." The content didn't get much better, it was a weird sleazy attempt to get my business which has frankly had the opposite affect. I am shocked by the content of this email, it is so unprofessional you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm sure if a male had sent that to a female they'd probably loss their job for it! The really sad thing here is by the reviews it sounds like you do a really good job most of the time.
