IN'n'OUT Autocentres Nottingham

Not my favourite place, but helpful and knowledgeable and don't over charge the company standards. Would I go again, probably not but then that would be more decided on circumstance, my organisation and my usual garage being available. Edit... My car came to the point of needing a timing belt change (as is standard on age and milage of the dusters). So I thought I probably should get some of the extras that came up as advisaries on my Mot done here. Well at first I couldn't believe a garage would turn down work and profit on a double tyre change and coil springs too. So I asked the garage to get one of their friends from another garage to confirm. So in essence I had 2 other mechanics from different garages confirm that I had incorrect advisaries on my MOT. They would've been expensive too. Seems very strange that other mechanics had a different opinion and didn't want to take money off me for work that I asked to have done.... Let's hope the car passes the next Mot and these won't need doing. Edit edit the next MOT came and those advisories were no longer advisories and I haven't had the work done. Probably would recommend people avoid this place.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for the great service I received from these guys yesterday. I rang them mid-day on a Saturday in a panic as I needed an MOT done the same day. They got me in the same day and the service was amazing. In and out within an hour. I'll definitely be returning! Thanks again! :)

First of all, a HUGE THANK YOU TO JONATHAN (apologies if I've spelt your name wrong!). I booked an inspection of my vehicle due to buying a used car from a dealer who happen to sell me a fault car. I was desperate for the inspection and thankfully the team in Nottingham took the booking on the same day. Upon arrival Joanthan was very professional and asked exactly what I wanted checking. Within half an hour to an hour, the team did their magic and inspected the car. Joanthan outlined the faults and gave me the prices to give to send to the dealer who sold me the car to fix. Overall, outstanding service and very welcoming. Although IN'n'OUT is a national franchise it felt like a family business! Thank you again! Means an awful lot.
