The Bowls Shop

Have been waiting nearly 6 months for a set of bowls. Have chased and they have responded quickly. However, though they and others would say it is down to manufacturers/covid/overwhelming amount of orders, the lead time is simply not acceptable and frankly rediculous. It is not for me to explain how retailers should be reading the riot act to bowls manufacturers. They should be doing this as part of customer care. (If you cannot make them quick enough, we will take our business elsewhere) Manufacturers should be adding machinery/employees to meet with this demand in order to get orders that consumers have paid for and yet are still having to wait a ludicrous amount of time, for them to be made and delivered to customers in a timely manner. Not sit on their behinds not doing anything about it!

Always helpful. Small shop packed with great stock for bowling. Clothing, accessories etc. Good for gifts.

Phoned up to ask for advice on various bowls and their availability. Dan was really helpful and pointed me in the direction of some Taylor bowls that would suit my needs. They were sent out to me shorty after and arrived lunch time the following day in good time for me to take them to a practice session I had booked at the local arena. The Bowls are excellent as was the service. Big shout out for Dan.. Absolute Star.
