Ive purchased some really lovely items from this shop and the ladies in the shop are lovely

Bought an item of clothing off the rail, three shirts on the rail two were reduced, tried on and purchased, the assisitant charged me 16, I went to the rail and picked one up that had a 8 price tagg and explained they were sale items, she snatched two reduced shgirts up and said they were the wrong price and infact had been marked up wrong to which I said well I don't want the shirt and asked for a refund she then refused to give me a refund as it was 'their policy' to only give an exchange or a credit note!! I had purchased only a minute before and had not left the shop!! Absolutly shocking shocking customer service and I will be going to trading standards to check this astounding policy, will not be purchasing from this shop EVER again. D Richmond
