We spent nearly 10,000 on blinds from these people a few years ago . Last week, one of them broke and is stuck in the fully opened position when we contacted them to ask them about a repair , all they said to us was that they couldnt help us , my wife even told them we were happy to pay and they just point blankly said no I think when you have spent this amount of money with these people, the least they could do was actually come and have a look at the blind and offer some kind of advice . Next time I want some blinds , Ill go to a local company such as Spectrum Blinds in Outwood . I will never be using this outfit again as they simply charge you an absolute fortune and offer no back up at all. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere

Horrendous company, promised curtains and blinds for a big job in time for christmas after spending a week going through the design process. Surveyor then essentially comes and goes through the same again for 4 hours to then be told fitting would be late jan at best. They lied to get the order basically. I requested a refund to which they then agreed to knock 1k off the final bill if I kept the order clearly a discount they could of made before and were just getting the highest price possible. They agreed to refund the 50% which was nearly 6k, still waiting 3 weeks on from the ordeal and will be making a charge back through the bank instead. Do not hand them a penny. God knows the issues that would of arose had I kept down the track with this shoddy company
