The wife and I were looking for a couple of light reasonably priced eBikes that would fit on the rack we have on the back of our VW Camper. The Storm seemed to fulfill all our needs so we made an appointment with Shaun for a test ride with a view to purchasing two if we were happy and the price was right. There was no hard sell, Shaun, who is the proprietor of this business was very approachable and very friendly. Whilst we had gone with the intention of coming away with two new bikes we ended up going back for a couple of reconditioned returns for a very good price. Only used them once so far for a 10 mile trip but very happy

Ordered the Storm e-bike and it came within a couple of days. I had a minor issue with how to fit front brake calliper but when I phoned PowerRide, Shaun advised me to take to local bike specialist and he would cover any costs. Difficult for anyone to explain this over the phone. I did take it and guy told me how to fit it, without any cost. The bike is excellent, initial charging time for battery is 12 hours, then usually 3 hours after that. Have already taken out for country run to get used to gears and 3 assist modes. Level 3 is just amazing for steep hills and overall speed. The 27.5 inch wheels make it better for me as I'm 6'3". Comes with electric powered front lamp and horn, which saves on having to get batteries etc. Overall, for the money, this bike is great, looks good and rides well. I didn't fancy paying over 3k for a bike which seems to be standard prices these days. The main thing that is outstanding for me is the customer service PowerRide provide. Any questions or issues are answered and resolved immediately. Shaun just wants his customers to be happy and goes that extra mile to ensure this. I would highly recommend this company. Love the bike! I am a very happy customer!

Beware this is an online sales only not as stated by Google 'Shop' A pleasurable transaction, purchased 2 bikes, owner is knowledgeable and very helpful, bike are of good quality and reasonably priced

Ordered bike. Took less than 24 hrs to deliver before Xmas. Really good experience. Was given precise instructions what to do and my grandson was well impressed. Couldn't have got better service. 70 yr old grannie from North Wales
