Talked the talk and did a dreadful job. Paid over 150 for service and a repair. He changed the digital display that wasnt broken and then when we were out and the brakes failed as the pads had not been replaced. Went to collect the bike and we had to remind him that it was in for a repair and service! Had to go back another day as he hadnt done it. No paper work when you drop it off just so you have to point at your bike!!! avoid. We have had to go to Halfords for them to tidy the mess he left us with. RIP OFF avoid

Thank you for letting me visit you The customer service was amazing and overwhelmed with your store and meeting jay too had no issues at all the journey up and back how polite every one is was just amazed After testing the halu system out for about 2 months its great now im just hoping to accuire the cable to upgrade system when ever it is avalible and helping me with spare parts and long distance selling

Took my folding e-bike in for repair after a seriously bad crash that left the e-bike dead and many other parts broken. No other bike shops I spoke to knew where to begin. Poweredbicyles told me to bring it in with no hesitation. Called me a week later to tell me it was fixed. Bikes basically good as new. Great price. Great owner. Great service.
