I had just bought a second hand bike which was in good shape but just needed a few fixes. Mark sorted the bike out fixing a broken spoke and making sure all the gears and brakes were working properly and safe. The bike is now brilliant to ride and he has since done a similar job for a friend. Thanks Mark.

Brilliant service from start to finish, collected AND returned my bike from home. Attention to detail is great, very reasonably priced and lots of knowledge and explanation in work carried out Highly recommended and will be using in the future

I was passed Mark details by a work colleague as I wasn't really sure who to use for my first service, he came to my place of work and collected my bike, he kept me informed of anything that needed doing and also spoke in detail what he had done, I would recommend him to anyone that needs any repair to their bike.

I contacted BikeSparx about my cyclocross bike needing cables changing and a service as it hadn't had one in 7 years! The bike was collected and serviced with email/phone contact throughout. Mark even spotted some issues that I hadn't noticed which could have caused me to come off if not corrected. The bike was dropped back to my house like new and rides beautifully. I will definitely be using him again for all of my bike servicing! Highly recommended.
