I contacted Tom to arrange service of my Trek bike. Communication was excellent. Booked me in after explaining the levels of service he offers and what would exactly be checked over . The bike arrived back to me at the appointed time specified in what I can only describe in amazing condition. Not only does it look like a new bike , it 100% rides like one too. After previous " services " at other cycle outlets I can definitely say this is of a totally different standard. I can clearly see that parts have been removed, cleaned and inspected very thoroughly. Great attention to detail. I feel confident that my 6 year old bike will continue to serve me well after the 5 Star service carried out by Tom of Rushcliffe Cycle Tech.

Tom very generously came out, despite a gruelling workload, to attend to my trike and get me back on the road. It was astonishing to see such a professional at work who so deftly rendered the trike safer (much!), more comfortable and usable again. I cannot recommend Tom too highly or thank him sufficiently.
