Best customer service experience! We haven't received our bed yet as we just placed our order, but Sabrina was really helpful from the get go. She answered all our questions, provided exact measurements and made adjustments to our order without any hassle. She answered even late at night! Thank you for being so professional and friendly. *We will update this review as soon as we receive the bed but so far great service.

Genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful bed, delivered ahead of schedule and assembled beautifully by Rash who was extremely careful of my property and the bed. There was a tiny cosmetic chip to the bed frame which was hidden by the mattress once in place, but Sabrina still arranged for a replacement piece of frame which was swapped over for me less than 2 weeks later. I genuinely couldn't speak highly enough about the quality of the product and the service I received and I will definitely be using them again.

This is the worst furniture company! They said they will deliver our wardrobe in 4-6 weeks but it took them around 16 weeks. When they delivered and installed the wardrobe the mirror was broken and a drawer was missing so they said they will come to replace them in another 4 weeks. After 8 weeks they came to replace these only to find out when they arrived at my house they have the wrong drawer. So now I am still waiting for another 4-6 weeks to come with the correct drawer. The quality of the furniture is average, definitely not up to their prices. I would say you would get the same quality from IKEA probably. I will definitely avoid them in the future.

The furniture is really good. Wooden bed awesome. Sabrina is extremely kind and passionate and also clearly engaging in meeting the customers needs and taste. I didnt know this was an Italian led company when I found it but the assistance and guidance has been typically Italian: passionate, full of taste and elegance. Delivery and installation team awesome.
