        I called to request a double appointment for myself and my grandmother for a wash cut and blow dry and advised it would be for when the shop has the availability to do a double up, (as we are in no rush) the person on the other end of the phone hung up without saying another word, not the type of customer service I was expecting reading the other reviews, sadly dissatisfied
