Luxe Lash And Beauty Bar

I had BIAB nails done today by Kirsty. She mentioned she was new & still learning, she did a brilliant job with my nails. I dont normally leave reviews anywhere but wanted to leave some great feedback for Kirsty! She was lovely & has a good eye for detail - I could tell she wanted to get them perfect, which she did! This is my second time at the salon, I had nails done by Beth a long time ago - she was also fab. Im very particular about where I go to get anything done, lashes nails hair etc., I dont live anywhere near the salon & it costs me 30 to get there & back which is the price of the treatment itself. I have been coming to luxe for almost 2 years now, and I have to say, it gets better every time! The salon is absolutely beautiful, the staff are all so welcoming and professional and the the quality of their work is outstanding. I mainly have lash extensions with luxe, but I have had brow wax and tint, brow lamination and nails too.. all treatments have been incredible and are always done to the highest of standards. Absolutely appalled by the level of customer service and lack of loyalty to the customer at this salon. Please be mindful to check your confirmation emails as I recently accidentally booked the wrong day for my treatment. I was working night shifts for the emergency services and when I 'failed' to show for an appointment due to being in bed, and not knowing I had booked the wrong week I was charged the full amount of my treatment. I have been a customer for many years and travel a great distance for what I believed to be a fantastic service. Owner will not refund or offer alternative other than 10 off further treatment. Be careful with your money. All they ask for is loyalty to small businesses without giving the same in return I DID NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS LAME ATTEMPT AT AN APOLOGY.
