Visited Bernie today for a couple of treatments and yet again left feeling like a new women! Lash lift and amazing back massage! Bernie is super professional and such a lovely, kind, welcoming person to be around. Her salon is really relaxing and beautiful to look at. Would highly recommend her services to anyone! I have been using Berni at Pure for many years and have had a fantastic treatment every time. Berni goes above and beyond for her clients and treats them with the upmost respect. She is very calm and a lovely person to be around, the bonus is I have a treatment too! It upsets me to see a one star review from someone that has clearly called the wrong number as Berni never comes across abrupt or aggressive and certainly would not shout at a client. Ive been looking around Nottingham for a good Salon and thought I had found one. Called to book in an appointment and a lady screamed down the phone at me as soon as I said hello not sure If she thought I was someone else? But as a business owner myself this kind of behaviour is disgusting and I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
