First time here and big wow. Had my hair cut and blow dried with the Irena, lovely place to walk into, had a coffee when I arrived... hair washed by Ben who was lovely and a nice hair wash, Irena listened to what I wanted and have to say I'm a fussy person to please...my hair looked amazing. Irena was really nice. Beauty lady laura explained about treatments in detail..did a patch test, also gave me my two patch test to take away to do to make sure I haven't got any allergies..very informative, I did feel in good hands to go back, so I booked to have my eyebrows laminated and dyed. Diffo go back to have my hair done...lovely place, good parking outside.

First time visiting Laura at Simply, I was very nervous with being a more mature woman I didn't want to much of a lift or big lips. I had botox in my forehead and around the eyes, also had my lips plumped up. Laura talked me though what she was going to do and that we are stating small and I can always have a top up. my lips look really nice not to big thank you so much

Today was my first time having Botox and a b12 injection with Laura. Laura calmed my nerves as soon as I walked in, I had absolutely nothing to worry about.and I cannot wait to see my Botox results and feel the effects of the b12 injection. Thank you Laura! I cant wait for more treatments in the future with Laura. Gemma xx

ive been here twice now, once for a massage and then again to have my eyebrows done. both times i was looked after by sian and shes absolutely amazing! lovely lady, easy to speak to and have nice conversation and also flipping good at what she does! ill definitely be back
