Booked a nail appointment via phone and confirmed details on text, for the first time at Le Belle. I turned up to be told there was no record of it, and there was no way they could fit me in after all.
Not the end of the world for most, but they were going to be my wedding nails and wont have time to go anywhere else now as travelling out to destination on Monday.
