WOW!! What a brilliant first hair cut with Tedi on Tuesday. I had no idea what l wanted with my shaggy locks but she gave me suggestions that sounded good. Her commitment & care to her cutting was exceptional & l had full confidence in her as she weaved her magic scissors through my hair. I went in feeling very dowdy but came out feeling so much better with a superb hair cut & style. The salon is very calming & relaxing & very clean. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. What a great asset to Sherwood. I look forward to my next hair appointment with pleasure.

I asked for a balayage and showed a picture of what I wanted, was told I would get thi result by the end of the treatment. Only for the hair to look a completely different! The colour in some areas was patchy I was told this would happen and I could get the desired result after 2 more visits after intitially being told I could get this result the first time. Secondly she cut my hair dry, thats if you can call it a cut she started to trim the bottom in a V shape when I wanted a straight cut then she gave me long layers that I wasnt happy with . Pricing well I paid 130 for extra long balayage on treatwell as my hair is to my waist however I was charged an extra 30 before I left I was told it was to cover the cost of extra product because my hair was thicker even though it isnt! I feel that they should not charge clients extra money after taking the payment before hand to make up for any product they use as this should be calculated in the initial price. Staff are nice but I was left disappointed 160 spent on colour that I did inot ask for and a dry cut, not acceptable!! Avoid for coloring
