Andrea was so welcoming and extremely thorough with what she was going to do ,
she was very professional and passionate about her work and it shows in her excellent work.
I would highly recommend Andrea, this lady is very talented her work is spot on.

Offered to fix a mistake (on my face) her apprentice made. Did one session, told me to book another and it would be free until the removal is completed. Andrea has ignored me Every time Ive contacted her (but still manages to send me a discount offer every few months) then when asked about my removal, Im ignored again.
I finally got in contact yesterday and she told me she cannot work for free. Its not my mistake. I told her that I understand she cannot work for free but that she promised free services to fix a mistake (the eyeliner spread under my eyes and makes me look like Ive slept in my makeup) that her apprentice did. As the girl was under Andreas training, it is absolutely Andreas mistake to correct, as it would be with any mentor.
Once explaining to Andrea that I have all the correspondence with her saying the removal would be free etc, offering to send the correspondence to her, she ignored me again.
If Andrea had no means to continue the removal free of charge then she shouldnt have offered.
Im so disappointed as I have been recommending people to go to Andrea for their semi permanent make up as shes good at what she does. 3 of the recommendations have gone to get work by here (thats at least 600 shes earned from my custom). I even paid for my Nan to get her eyeliner done. Which was another 200.
But since Ive been treated like this, I wont be recommending anyone else. Service: Makeup services
