Shavata Brow Studio Nottingham

Recently had a gel nail polish at Shavata in John Lewis. Anna did a wonderful job as always. I have been several times and find it most convenient combining shopping , lunch and a manicure all in one shop. Anna is most professional and delightful to chat to while having my nails polished. I shall continue to go to Shavata as I am always highly satisfied with the results.

I called on a busy Friday for a manicure. There were no customers so I expected service. I was sat down and sanding started only to be interrupted on the first finger by a pre-booked customer. Of course I gave way as I had other things to do in John Lewis and after all I hadn't booked. I said I'd be back in 15 minutes but was asked to make it 20. When I returned after 20 minutes it was clear that the customer was nowhere near finished as the base coat had not been applied. After waiting another 20 minutes I decided to leave. The customer said "It takes an hour". So why didn't the manicurist say it would be an hour? If she had, I would have gone home and returned Saturday. Will I go back Saturday? No, not to risk wasting another hour.

Lovely staff but I got an upper lip wax.. and the lady burnt me. I have a scar on my face now.
