So my 16 Yr old daughter was booked into have her hair cut and coloured at 10 am and was booked a week ago are so but due to having some mental health issues, she forgot about it at about 10.45am we received a phone call saying she had missed her appointment and would be keeping her 35 deposit which was the last of my daughters xmas money we tryed to explain she had problems but was not interested and said that someone else could have been fitted in I understand that but why phone after 45 mins and say you missed the appointment after all she had are phone number she could of phoned at 10am to see if she was still attending and we could of got her there as we live 2 minutes away are why could they not send a reminder the night before with a text message are even say can't do the colour but still do the cut as it would of took a couple of hrs to do the colour so still would of been able to cut it but chose not to offer that option really disappointing as my wife had her hair done before Xmas and did an amazing job and even tipped them so you now you have lost to customers very disappointed Service: Hairstyling
