I am extremely annoyed and disappointed. I regularly come here and have had no problems, always recommended unique also to friends and family however my friend has recently had bad experiences and so I have I just recently. I came here for a new set of acrylics I thought with a new set I'd have the plastic acrylics on the ends and powder on top. I didn't he just dis the powder. I raised this with him and the manager who both said this is fine and a new way of doing things. I asked if it would last longer she said yes all will be fine it's fine, I trusted them. I was charged full price for a set of acrylics ( using the powder and no acrylics in the ends ) a week later my nails chipped ( this never happens with the usual acrylics ) I have now two weeks in my nail has broken nearly in half ripping my natural nail with it, this is painful and I'm worried to catch it on something due to the pain and this will draw blood! I am now having to take time away from work to have these sorted- elsewhere of course!! This is not on and I am very frustrated and annoyed to say the least . I knew something wasnt right at the time hence I raised it there and then but I was told by the manager they was correct, so I naturally trusted and believd them. Never again!!!! The best nails in Nottingham! Ive been coming here for years because they do such creative designs, any design you can imagine or ask for they will do it! Ive always left happy with beautiful nails. I live outside of Nottingham now and Ive struggled to find anywhere that does nails as well as Unique nails. Whenever Im back in Nottingham I come here to get my nails done. If I ever have any issues they resolve it quickly, no questions asked. Ive read some of the other reviews but from my experience the staff here truly want their customers to be happy and are so accommodating. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails, I appreciate all your hard work and service

Beautiful nails, great service, very friendly staff Always get the perfect shape, always quickly done, even with tricky bespoke patterns.
