        Booked a beard trim a week ago as going to an event had a text cancelling my appointment no alternative offered or explanation leaving me no where at this short notice to get a trim . They recommended to me by a friend lost 2 peoples business now both going elsewhere

        Booked for my little sibling. Was running three minutes late to a half an hour appointment. We got in and they didn't even ask my name before saying they had another appointment in 15 minutes and couldn't do it. This was actually after they canceled our first appointment and because of that it made us book earlier. They was very rude and made my sibling cry after seemingly making fun of the haircut they wanted. I'm not sure if they was the intention but to my autistic eight year old sibling it was. Left with multiple people in tears. Will definitely never go here again.
