I guess the main reason for some of the low ratings is the expectation - if you are a busy person, who does not have either the time or patience to have a prolonged haircut, then other barbers might be more suitable option.
As for me, I was very happy with the service - even found it to be a breath of fresh hair without rushing. I didn't feel like another number to get quickly done, so the next customer can be seen - and I liked it.
5 stars - easy.
