        Absolutely shocking experience! No patience or understanding that my child needed to get used to the situation first or that he hated clippers. The staff just wanted to get home! His haircut was rushed and he was held down whilst crying and screaming! One of the staff just kept tutting him and saying he had to have it done! If you dont like kids, then dont cut kids hair! Service: Kids' cuts

        I bought my son in today and the staff were amazing . There were toys and tv s to keep him occupied he got a free lollipop and didnt want to leave thank you kool kidz
