        I had a problem with retrieving a large credit balance from a Santander credit card and after being passed around by the phone line and webchat agents I visited this branch who sorted it promptly. Many thanks.

        What an amazing branch, Marc was so helpful when I visited on Friday, they really couldn't of been more helpful. It was a difficult visit as I was notifying them of my Mum's passing but they were discreet, professional but also caring and made the process so easy. Well done to all and Thank you Marc

        Every time I came to this branch, they refused me to make a payment, even when my builder, whom I was going to pay, stood next to me showing his bank card. It's coming to ridiculous! I am still traumatized from queueing one hour and a half in the middle of the day and losing my business over it. Will never go back to this place.
