I've had dealings with this bank in recent months because I have taken over power of attorney for one of their customers, in short I have found them extremely helpful, they have always been happy to sort any queries when I have attended in person and rang me back to confirm the process in place, we are living in challenging times ... if you start your conversation nicely you often find the service you get back is matched.

Customer Service was awful; rude, short and dismissive. Did not want to help at all with very simple requests. Avoid this branch!

Following on from the review which I wrote approximately 3 weeks ago. I now feel that I acted in haste. I had been going to the bank requesting information regarding a dormant account and on all the occasions the staff and manager had advised me that the information would be held with Lloyds but I was adamant that it wasn't. However after finally deciding to go to Lloyds to see what they said, it turned out that the staff and manager was correct and all the information which I required was held with Lloyds. I sincerely apologise to the staff and manager at the Sherwood Branch and take back all which I previously stated

A couple of Weeks ago i went to the TSB Sherwood branch, walked up to the auto glass doors and got a flat nose, yep u got it, the auto doors didn't "auto" for me , behind the auto doors was a female member of staff, I asked her "why are the auto doors not opening? can I please come in". She replied "one" back to me then held her hand up with one finger sticking out at me, so obviously I thought great, I'll be in the Bank in one minute... Anyway about 10 odd minutes passed by and a queue started to form behind me, and being a helpful sort of Chap i passed on the message from the female member of staff to the elderly Gentleman behind me in the queue and this was then passed on to the couple behind him, anyway a few more minutes passed on and i heard the couple behind the elderly gentleman say that they weren't waiting any longer and decided to go, mmmm, there's gotta be something not quiet right here i thought to myself, so looking through the auto glass doors i saw the tiniest little sign which read "opening times 10-12 1-5pm, big oooops there, so it all clicked into place then, the member of staff actually meant that the Bank will re-open at one o'clock and not in one minute!, and yes, I did feel a bit of a noodle to put it mildly... and as for the elderly gentleman behind me, if you read this Sir, my unreserved apologies to you Sir.... And hopefully this will not happen again, at least not by me anyway, i hope... . And as for the Service when you get in the Bank, I'll let you decide reader... Have a nice day ..

Went into the sherwood branch 18.08.21 Appalling service from the clerk who was assisting people on the front desk in the afternoon! Aggressive, unhelpful, discourteous and unprofessional. Account closed & thank goodness with that attitude. TSB look into this. Staff should not behave so abruptly to customers. Elderly gentleman infront wasn't treated very nicely either.! Shocking.
