Very disappointed with my experience of the Nottingham branch today. After being held up at another appointment, on entering the bank I was told I was late for my appointment. On checking the assistant informed me that due to not being on time I could be seen but wouldn't be able to have a full appointment The branch was empty, there were a number of members of staff not doing a great deal. I will be taking my business elsewhere, a big loss on commission today, very poor service, no thank you

my boyfriend started his application early November and I have never witnessed such a nightmare bank for applying to. they constantly rejected his identification material without giving us any reasons why or telling us which one's they rejected, when going into branch you'd talk to a different person each time and none of the workers communicated with each other leading to your starting from square 1 of the application every time you went in. We had our application closed about 3 times without any reason given after we had waited weeks to hear back from them and if you called support on the phone they had even less idea what was happening. every person we spoke to couldn't tell us the process of the application because 'it was going through their student team and no one could access their emails' even though there is no way to communicate with the student team directly. If you are looking for a student bank account DO NOT pick this one, you'll waste your time.

Really poor, everytime I go into branch there is always a massive queue and it doesn't matter what time of day. The manager blames covid, I'm getting bored of that excuse
