        No stars. What an absolute shambles this branch is. I know it's closing down but really !!!! Waited 45 minutes. 1 miserable looking cashier working. Husband waited same time in queue for personal banker. He got attended to first then she told him to sit and wait for a colleague to deal with his query as she had to go elsewhere . Waited another 10 mins for nobody to come. Walked out and went next door to HSBC. Opened new accounts with lovely smiley, helpful, friendly , knowledgeable staff. I have been with Barclays for 42 years but they are not having my custom any more and shall be transferring all money soon as possible. Total rubbish!!

        Only one on the counter and shorter opening hours. Have you furloughed staff if not where are they. All these friendly adverts, Customer service is none existent?
