        Staff need to work on people skills, was spoken to like am stupid, because I do not want to use the banking app on my phone, I do not want a smart phone, and if I did will they buy me one?? I think not, seems we are heading for discrimination for anyone not wanting a smart phone??

        I noticed bad reviews when I was checking the opening times for this Halifax on Google. I don't normally do reviews but, for fairness, I just visited this Halifax and the lady on the entry desk was welcoming and friendly, and the lady at the counter was efficient and helpful. I found it to be great service with a smile.
