        They always do their Best for me, my only concern is that they are not open when I Need them but the earlier closing times have been arranged by some head office bod who clearly doesn't understand the problems regular people can have.

        Rude staff from when it closed the other branch on corner .. I've not really gone in ... I went in and KELLY a member of staff was so rude if you want your bank to keep ots customers then the staff need to learn manners 3speciqlly KELLY

        Customer service here is very poor. Unfriendly, rude and unproperly trained staff that doesn't listen to customers and it happens all the time.

        This is the worse branch I have been in. Plenty of staff members but one person on the counter and three people at the front chatting away as people are waiting to be seen. This is the worse review I have given anyone.
