        Not being open on weekends means that people who work 5 days a week cannot deposit money or cheque. Why can't you be open on weekends?!

        So sad to be giving this branch a two star but unfortunately iv had very few positive visits in the last few years. Iv been with NatWest for 34 years and my old branch( which was great) closed down. This branch gives poor customer service unless they are wanting to sell a product, makes you feel a burden because you don't want to internet bank and despite being busy They have no rush in them I sense that the staff are not enjoying their jobs , perhaps they are not being looked after? I suspect it's a head office issue. Sorry to have to give a bad review.
