        Usually there is a long queue so wait time can take ages. But today, since they have opened more counters, wait time wasn't too long. Thanks Nathan again for the help with the app. Good customer service like the branch in Newark. Shame it's closing though.

        Walked in branch after receiving life changing news about a scam. A lovely woman call Karen sat with me and for the 4-5hours I was in branch and helped me as much as she could even with specific categories being out her typical job roll. Karen told me about action fraud and step change to help with the future problems. Theres doing you job and then theres Karen going above and beyond with customer care. Again thank you so much for your time and help.

        Terrible service. Like all banks massively understaffed and unhelpful. If this was a retail establishment it would be closed by now

        I m using this branch for my business long years very happy with the branch staff they are helpful even they got second counter now it s quicker and you can even do lots of banking on machine they have thanks to branch staff
