        I have not been in for a while due to covid.When l regularly visited the long Eaton branch staff were helpful and polite.l have been a customer for many years as a past mortgage customer and a present current account holder.

        Never enough staff waiting for good 10 to 15 minutes to be seen! Unless needed otherwise I wont recommend it!
