        Wonderful treatment, dedicated staff. Loyal and well deserving staff. Fantastic disabled access featuring multiple que busting arrangements. Surely there is cheque cashing as well as fire escapes and secluded areas for banking all matters.

        I find the staff at Long Eaton Branch are EXTREMELY helpful. The staff here have real gone on & above in my cases. I could have lost thousands. The only BAD part is when people get paid vire the Bank there is not enough staff that's why there Que's. Wednesday Fridays & Saturdays their should be more staff I know that they disserve Holliday's or get ill they should have time off But get some cover in please

        Staff friendly im a disabled customer,.thanks go to Greta and the rest of the staff for your patience and help. My only complaint is I struggle to hear at times because of background music and noise.
